FAQ

Is there a payment plan option?  
The booking fee is due upfront. Payments can be made towards your balance due. The total balance is due the day of event.


Alcohol Policy? 
We do not allow outside alcohol, but we will work to ensure we offer what your party is looking for.


Bathrooms?
We have two private bathrooms available.


Practice Dinner/Rehearsal?
We would love to host you for both!


Set up time?
You may have access up to two hours before to set up for the event.


Do you only allow specific Vendors?
We work well with all vendors and will be as accommodating as we possibly can.


How many guests can your venue accommodate?
We can accommodate 60 plus for a formal sat dinner. We are flexible with cocktail-style set up to allow up to 100.


What is required to reserve my event date?
There is a $250 dollar booking fee and date availability is on our calendar.


Do we need an appointment to tour the space?
It's always best to ensure that a manager, or event coordinator is available when you pop in who would be able to spend the time and answer any questions you may have.


Are there hotels or places to stay close by?
We have amazing AirBnB options in our neighborhood.

Can we supply our own food?
You may supply your own food as long as our $1200 minimum is met.


Is there a bar?

Yes


Are candles allowed?
Flameless candles only, please! Our smoke alarms are really testy and will add a real zing to your event and to all of our neighbors!


Is smoking permitted?
No smoking is permitted.


What are the guidelines for cleanup?
If you brought extra stuff, please take it home. We are not held responsible for any left over belongings.


If the ceremony is elsewhere, does the rental price change?
We build each event on events needs. We do have a daily minimum to make these situations the easiest for all parties.


Do you allow pets/dogs on site?
Service pets only, please!


Can vehicles be left overnight?
We are at the will of the city and all parking parameters set in place. Cars have been left here with no issue, but I do not want to say it is the best option. Leave vehicles at your own risk!


Is there enough parking?
There is a large community lot directly behind Bella Vino and our community has a ton of other lots for parking with a short walk to Bella Vino


Are sparklers, fireworks, or lanterns permitted?
Only if the fire is fake.


Are real flowers petals or confetti allowed?
You may have flowers/flower petals, however no confetti or glitter is permitted.


Can we use our own decorations?
Yes, as long as there is no nails, glues, adhesives stronger than scotch tape, flames, or smokes/fog machines.


What is the rental duration?
Your rental will include 3 hours and have the option to purchase more time if needed.


Are tables and chairs included?
We will supply seating. We have round and rectangle options to best fit your style or table preferences.


Are linens included?
Yes we offer standard black linens


Are you open for booking weddings for non-denominational, or same-sex couples?
Yes
